This course, by Gary and Adele Malone is by far the best I’ve ever gone through in providing the proper Reiki training for total beginners all the way up to a reiki master. The course is comprehensive and includes distant attunement.
Gary and Adele teach the original Reiki as practiced by Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki as we know it today. They also call upon other schools of Reiki to unite and deliver the Reiki gift to as many people as possible as this is what the world needs the most now.
The course is provided in the form of text and multimedia within a membership area.
In the members area you get exhaustive lessons for Reiki 1, Reiki 2, and Reiki 3. You also get the download area where you can download the classes and print them.
You also get the certificates and your lineage chart so that you can practice Reiki healing in your community.

Pros:
1. Easy to follow and user friendly membership area.
2. Personal support from the point of joining until you don’t need them.
3. A community of reiki practiciners is formed around the students where they can communicate and support one another.
4. Straight forward instructions.
5. Cheaper than a local level-1 class.
6. Religion friendly. The authors don’t insult any faith in any form.
Cons:
I can only share one that I experienced, they authors are not tech savvies and when something is wrong with the course they take some time before they can figure it and get it fixed. But recently they moved to a new server and obviously they hired someone to do the tech stuff so that they keep their membership area accessible to the students all the time.
